About - ScooPilot

We lost a business. Then we built the one tool we wish we'd had.

The story behind ScooPilot

The gap I couldn't unsee

A few years ago I was running a business doing over $2M per year. Then things outside our control happened, and it failed. I had to start over, so we jumped into poop scooping.

What I found surprised me. The software built for this industry was overpriced for the value it delivered. The features people actually needed were locked behind higher tiers, bundled with a pile of stuff they'd never use. And almost nobody was treating the business side seriously.

Owners couldn't tell you if they were making money, or where it was coming from. Not because they didn't care, but because no tool existed that could show them. The big-business tools I'd relied on before simply weren't available at this scale.

So I built the tool I wished existed

I set out to give scoopers the same caliber of tools the big companies use, scaled to how a route-based business actually runs, and priced so a one-person operation could afford it from day one.

No gating the essentials behind tiers you don't need. No watching your software bill balloon every time you add a client or a truck. Just the things that matter:

  • Route optimization that keeps every stop tight and profitable
  • Real profit-margin visibility for every route, client, and location
  • Autopay billing and 2-way SMS so cash flow and communication run themselves
  • Flat, predictable pricing that doesn't punish you for growing

That became ScooPilot.

Who it helps now

Today ScooPilot powers scoopers at every stage. The brand-new operator gets enterprise-grade tools on day one, without the enterprise price tag or the learning curve. The growing company running multiple routes and locations finally sees exactly where it's making money, and can scale without drowning in admin.

Our mission is simple: give every pet waste professional the same tools big businesses use, built for how they actually work, and priced so they can grow.

We're still building ScooPilot alongside the people who use it every day. Because we've been on that route, and we know exactly what it takes to turn it into a real, profitable business.
